2. Zero Returns Policy

All sales are final. Except where an item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. This includes:

  • Incorrect sizing choices
  • Unwanted gifts
  • Bespoke, personalised, or customised items

3. Faulty Items

a. Definition

A “faulty” item is a product with a manufacturing defect that affects its performance, appearance, or functionality.

b. How to Report a Faulty Item

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a description of the fault and proof of purchase.
  • Include photos of the issue where possible.

c. What Happens Next?

Once the faulty item is received, our team will inspect it. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement (subject to availability)
  • Or a full refund to your original payment method

d. Return Shipping for Faulty Items

If a product is confirmed as faulty, SportsPro Limited will cover the return shipping costs. If no fault is found, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to these Terms & Conditions on a case-by-case basis. This may include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Goodwill gestures
  • Unique customer circumstances

5. Customer Responsibility
