This Zero Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the shop.thenpl.co.uk website. Except in cases where an item is faulty due to manufacturing defects, all sales are considered final and may not be returned.

2. No Refunds for Non-Faulty Items

Shop.thenpl.co.uk will not accept returns for products that are not faulty. Once the transaction is completed, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges or returns will be provided.

This includes orders for bespoke, personalised, or customised items.

3. Faulty Item Refunds

a. Definition: A "faulty" item is one that has a manufacturing defect affecting its performance, appearance, or functionality.

b. Refund Process for Faulty Items:

  • If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the fault and proof of purchase.
  • Upon receipt of the faulty product, our team will inspect it. If the item is determined to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

c. Return Shipping for Faulty Items: If the item is confirmed to be faulty, Team Kits / SportsPro Limited will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is found to be non-faulty, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Exceptions

Team Kits / SportsPro Limited reserves the right to determine exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may apply during promotional periods, based on special customer relationships, or unique circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.
